Over 16 weeks, participants will emerge more confident, capable, and energised — equipped with the tools to drive results and have more impact, without burning out.
The programme is grounded in real-life leadership challenges and is delivered in bite-sized modules that fit around busy schedules. With less than 90 minutes of commitment per week, leaders can develop and apply new skills without stepping away from their day job. Every second week includes a live group coaching session to help cement the learning, challenge your thinking, and support you through real-world roadblocks.

Cost: $3,295 + GST, or $411.87 + GST per fortnight x 8 payments.
