NZTCA Waikato Branch Pruning Fieldtrip #2
Event description
The lifestyle block of Janet (co-host) is the venue for the first of our pruning workshops this year. There are plums, peaches, apples, figs, persimmons and feijoas to practice on. Bring your tools along and have a go under the guidance of the more experienced. There is plenty of room for off road parking. The converted woolshed is a great place for a cuppa or to shelter in if the weather turns wet. On event day, look for the Tree Crop roadside banner/s. All welcome. Non-members are welcome at all of our functions unless specified otherwise. Although we do encourage that after attendance at two field days or workshops that you join Tree Crops. Members have access to a wealth of information in the members-only section of our website. Members can download back issues of the Tree Cropper magazine, branch newsletters, crop fact sheets and share knowledge in our members only discussion spaces.
