O Vere Beata Lux – O Truly Blessed Light

The next installment in our seasonal series. Settle into the rich acoustics of Erskine Chapel for this concert of deep listening, sacred voices, and renewal, as we celebrate the lengthening days and the turning of the wheel at the Spring Equinox.

Featuring the immersive ambient electronica sounds of Tonic Collective; a taonga pūoro quartet with Ruby Solly, Sam Palmer, Gigi Crayford and Alistair Fraser; and a very special appearance by Orchestra of Spheres performing on gongs, chimes and other instruments.

They are joined by Baroque Voices singing rarely heard works of 12th Century abbess St. Hildegard of Bingen.

Our last concert – O Vere Beata Nox - O Truly Blessed Light – sold out very quickly, so get your tickets early for this special event.

This is a celebration of sound, depth and space — a space to celebrate new life and balance, and be carried by sound as we welcome the return of the light and warmth.
