Event description

You're Invited

Join us for an exclusive invitation only celebration as we mark 20 years of Oasis Africa Australia's life-changing work empowering students from Nairobi’s Kibera slum finding freedom from poverty through education.

Meet the Students

We’re honoured to welcome Victor, Jacinta, and Patrick, three of our very first students who began their journey in our primary school in Kibera slum and are now completing Master’s degrees at the University of Sydney on equity scholarships.

Enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring:

* A six-course canapé selection, including traditional Kenyan dishes

* A three-hour drinks package

* Inspiring presentation with Victor, Jacinta, and Patrick

* Raffle draws and great prizes

Venue: Rooftop of the Graduate House at St Paul’s College, University of Sydney—a unique and stunning venue offering an exclusive glimpse into campus life.

Note: There is no parking onsite. Enter via the gates on City Road. Bring a jacket, as part of the venue is on an open air rooftop deck.

Seats are limited, and tickets will be capped, so secure yours early

Hosted by founders Kim Winter, Ross Howe, and Karen Howe, returning to Sydney for this very special occasion.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you.
