Due to popular demand, we are launching a Grow With Us webinar on Childhood First Aid. We have partnered with Australian Pacific Training Solutions to deliver an intro first aid session.
The webinar will cover -

- Managing choking in infants and children
- Recognising and responding to anaphylaxis
- Head injuries in children
- Childhood rashes
- Fevers and febrile convulsions
- Identifying Symptoms of Serious Illness in young children and infants
Your trainer for this session will be Siri Marks. Siri is a Registered Nurse, holding a Masters of Nursing Science from the University of Melbourne and a mother. Prior to moving into training and education on a permanent basis, Siri had applied her nursing skills in a range of settings including at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and was trained and qualified to work in the intensive care unit at the Western Hospital in Melbourne. She has specialist training in complex care in a critical setting, including advanced cardiac and respiratory care, treatment of major wounds, management of diabetic crisis situations, just to name a few.
As a mother, Siri knows the stresses and challenges parents face when caring for their children when they are unwell. She has the ability to deliver the important and potentially lifesaving information in a clear and easy to follow way.
