Join us for a deeply nourishing 3-day retreat by the sea, designed to help you soften, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner guidance.

Held at the stunning Capri Beach House in Shoal Bay, Ocean Alchemy is a soulful immersion into yoga, breathwork, ritual, and nature – all in an intimate, heart-led space (limited to 9 guests).

You’ll be guided through:

• Vinyasa, Yin and Kundalini Yoga practices

• 2x transformative Breathwork journey

• A sacred Cacao ceremony

• A sound bath

• Coastal bushwalks and ocean swims
