Ocean Grove Geology Walk - Coastal Erosion

This special coastal/beach erosion walk will be lead by our 'very own in house' geologist Sanja. As we walk along the beautiful beach at Ocean Grove, she is going to discuss how dunes are made and why they are disappearing.

This is a beach walk of about 2-3 km with some stairs to access the beach. We will meet at the carpark opposite Dawn cafe on Ocean Throughway, Ocean Grove (there are toilets). We will then walk to the Ocean Grove Life Saving Club where are some more toilets and the Dune cafe. Perhaps people can buy lunch there if they want. We will need to walk back to our cars, either along the beach or the coastal path.
