Ocean Heroes Geraldton - 11th May 2025

Ocean Heroes is coming back to Geraldton for its first event of 2025 on Sunday May 11th. Ocean Heroes aims to enhance the lives of those living with autism through surfing. We have taken over 10,000 people on the autism spectrum surfing in Western Australia and we can't wait to come back to Geraldton!

Venue: Geraldton SLSC, Mahomets Flats (weather permitting).

Time: You/the participant will be allocated an 30 minute time slot between 9:00am-1:00pm.

What to bring: Bathers, towels, change of warm clothes, good vibes

* Please be advised it is compulsory for each attendee to wear a life jacket in the water*

We provide surfboards, wetsuits, lifejackets, surf instructors and good vibes!

There will be Ocean Heroes merchandise for sale at the event.

FAQs

Are there minimum or maximum age requirements to enter the event?

No, if they fit into one of our life jackets we will take them! We have a huge range of of sizes for our life jackets so it should not be a problem.

What can I bring to the event?

Bring a change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, hat. We provide wetsuits and lifejackets but if your child/you has their own wetsuit please bring it down. We also sell Ocean Heroes merchandise at our events and can accept cash or card.
