Mitchell Brennan - Sydney Institute of Marine Science

Mitchell is a marine biologist and conservationist, focused on developing methodologies to assist in the protection and conservation of threatened marine species and ecosystems. Mitchell has a particular interest in syngnathids, the family of fishes that includes seahorses, sea dragons and pipefish.

Peter McGee, Underwater Research Group & University of Technology Sydney Fish Ecology Lab

Pete is an award-winning underwater photographer and diver. He is on a mission to find new weedy seadragon populations and increase what we know about this unique fish.    

David Booth, Professor of Marine Ecology, Sydney Institute of Marine Science/University of Technology Sydney

David Booth, Professor of Marine Ecology at UTS and SIMS Research Associate, studies reef-fish ecology, climate change, and artificial reefs. He specialises in seadragons, white sharks, and marine protection.

Jillian Chambers Sydney Institute of Marine Science/University of Technology Sydney

Jill Chambers dives deep into rearing hundreds of endangered White's Seahorse fry at the Sydney Institute of Marine Science.
