Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, Madita began her culinary journey as a chef in a Michelin-star restaurant before moving to Australia in 2017. Passionate about food and sustainability, she joined Radish Events—an ethical catering company—first as a head chef before transitioning into a sustainability coordinator role. Her work focuses on sustainable sourcing and waste reduction, ensuring that ethical and environmentally responsible practices are both implemented and practical across all kitchen operations.
