Ocean Network - Parliament House Breakfast & Tour
Event description
The Ocean Network is going on a special trip to Queensland Parliament House, with special thanks to The Hon. Kerri-Anne Dooley MP, our member for Redcliffe and long time member of the Ocean Network.
Join us on Tuesday 24th June at Parliament House from 7:30am.
Kerri-Anne will take us on a private tour, and we'll enjoy a sit down breakfast in the Strangers Restaurant.
Each Ocean Network morning features an educational speaker, and on this very special occasion attendees will get to learn a lot about our State Government, along with some of the history of it's buildings from Kerri-Anne.
This is a PAID, TICKETED EVENT. Bookings (ticket sales) will strictly close at midday on Tuesday 17th June.
Booked guests are to arrive at 7:30am and must have photographic identification that matches their booking.
At the conclusion of the breakfast and tour, attendees are invited to sit in the Gallery of Parliament House overlooking Members of Parliament as they gather for the presentation of the 2025-26 Queensland Budget.
Breakfast Details:
We will enjoy a sit down, plated “Parliament Breakfast” at the Strangers Restaurant at Parliament House. This includes breakfast bacon, pork and fennel sausage, scrambled egg, field mushroom, kale, bush tomato relish with Turkish loaf. We’ll also enjoy freshly brewed coffee, selection of Madura Teas, and chilled orange juice.
You'll be asked to submit dietary requirements at check out, but at this time, we cannot confirm how these will be able to catered for. For those with particular dietary requirements, we'll keep you udpated.
Transport Details:
At this time, The Ocean Network Founders Kirsty Fields and Leanne Blaney will keep guests updated about travel options via the Facebook Group event.
