Join our fun and hands-on Cold Process Soap Making Class and create your very own ocean-themed soap!

Great for a special experience, spend quality time with your friends, mum or partner creating beautiful Ocean soaps together.

In this session, you’ll learn how to make soap from scratch using natural ingredients while designing beautiful blue waves and sandy layers inspired by the sea.

No experience needed — perfect for beginners or anyone who loves creative, relaxing activities.

All materials are provided, and you’ll take home your handmade ocean soap after the class!What you’ll learn:

Basics of cold process soap making
How to colour, layer, and decorate seashells (soap) on your soap
Tips for safe and successful curing

All materials provided — just bring your creativity!

This class is great for individuals, mum and daughter, or couples, as well as for a date, birthday, hens party, hobby, and more.

*CP soap can’t be taken home on the same day because it needs time to set and will be taken out of the mold the following day. Either you can come and collect them, or we can post them to you (flat $10 postage).

Hi, My name is Miran and I’m a Brisbane-based Design Soap Maker, and I’ve been crafting soaps for several years now.

With a background in Fashion Design from university, I’ve always loved creating with my hands ever since I was little.

While I work full-time in an office, I’ve always had side projects that fuel my passion, like my little Etsy shop where I made tutus for many years.

But my true passion has always been about creating something meaningful and the products that are eco-friendly, sustainable, and plastic-free.

I love animals, natures and enjoy bushwalking with my two furry girls, Minto and Maple. I care deeply about the environment, and that passion naturally led me to the art of soap making but not just any soap.

Design Soap! Every bar is inspired by the ancient art of soapmaking.

The Babylonians were among the first to create soap over 4, 000 years ago, using natural oils and ash to cleanse and care for the skin.

At Babylon Soap, we carry on that timeless tradition using the cold process method, which closely mirrors those early techniques.

Each of my soaps is handcrafted using only plant-based oils and completely free of palm oil and synthetic surfactants, so they’re kind to both your skin and the environment.

Every soap I make tells a story through its design.

They’re not just soaps, they’re little pieces of sustainable art.

Since switching to handmade soap bars,

I’ve cleared out almost all plastic bottles from my home.

No more hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, or dish liquid in plastic containers.

It’s amazing how much waste we can reduce with just one small change.
