Professor Caroline McMillen, Chief Scientist for South Australia, invites you to an Industry Roundtable to learn more about the Commonwealth’s Cooperative Research Centre -Projects (CRC-P) Scheme. CRC-Ps provide a pathway to build industry research collaboration and for SMEs (including start-ups) to participate in collaborative projects encouraging business to business and
business to research collaborations that drive innovation and deliver economic and societal outcomes. Leveraging this Commonwealth funding forms a key part of South Australia’s Science and Innovation Strategy, EXCITE. The Commonwealth provides matched funding of a total of up to $3 million per successful CRC-P for up to a three-year period.

Come along to learn more about this national funding scheme, hear hints and tips from SA businesses that have been successful and find out how this funding helped their business. There are only 20 places available for this session so please RSVP to secure your place.

About the CRC-P Scheme:

  • Provides matched funding of a total of up to $3 million per project for up to a three year period
  • bids must be led by an Australian business and include at least one Australian Research
    Organisation and SME.
  • The CRC-Ps must
    • develop a product, service or process that will solve problems for industry and deliver
      real outcomes
    • benefit SMEs
    • include education and training activities
  • Round 12 of the CRC-P Scheme opened with a focus on projects that address the National
    Manufacturing Priorities. 
  • Applications close on 16 November 2021.
