Join WestEd Federal Finance Experts in Washington, D.C., for a 3-day in-person training and learn to navigate the current Federal Education Funding Landscape!

Day 1: Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (ET)
Day 2: Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (ET)
Day 3: Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 9:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m. (ET) with an optional procedure writing workshop from 1:30 pm–4:30 pm ET.

Participants will learn more about the changes of the federal education funding landscape to help them establish and improve practices needed to comply with federal requirements related to the following:
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR)
Uniform Grant Guidance

These training courses are designed for state educational agencies (SEAs), local educational agencies (LEAs), school districts, and charter schools staff. Participants can receive Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits upon completion of the training.

Individual Rate: $900 per person

Earn CPE Credits
WestEd is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor for CPE on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have ultimate authority on accepting individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
Participants can receive up to eighteen (18) CPE credit hours upon completion of this training, which is included in the above cost.
