Learning Outcomes

Participants will learn more about the changes of the federal education funding landscape that went into effect in 2024 to help them establish and improve practices needed to comply with federal requirements related to the following:

• Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
• Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
• Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR)
• Uniform Grant Guidance

These training courses are designed for state educational agencies (SEAs), local educational agencies (LEAs), school districts, and charter schools staff. Participants can receive Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits upon completion of the training.

• $900 Per Individual
• Group Rates: $1,800 for 3 Attendees (free registration for the 3rd attendee)

Earn CPE Credits

WestEd is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor for CPE on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have ultimate authority on accepting individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Participants can receive up to eighteen (18) CPE credit hours upon completion of this training, which is included in the above cost.
