About Adrian Searle

Adrian Searle is the Founder and Managing Director of Decision Health, a Sydney-based leadership and organisational development consultancy he established in 2005. For more than 20 years, Adrian has worked with leaders, teams and organisations across a wide range of industries, helping them improve the quality of their decision-making, strengthen leadership capability, and navigate complex organisational challenges. His approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful development begins with accurate self-awareness and a clear understanding of current reality. Through coaching, facilitation and consulting, he helps leaders at all levels build greater insight, challenge assumptions, and develop more effective leadership behaviours.

Throughout his career, Adrian has partnered with organisations including Woolworths, American Express, the University of Sydney, Australian National University, Publicis Groupe, Australian Industry Group, Janssen-Cilag, Bristol Myers Squibb, Abbott Nutrition International and EFTPOS, among many others.
