What: Olives, Odd Jobs & Orchids

This month you’ve got me, Kristy, doing the invite, Geoff is otherwise occupied. I’ll do my best to keep it short, clear, and only slightly amusing.

We’ll be focusing on treating olives - drilling and filling to put a stop to their takeover. If you’d rather not dabble in chemicals, there’ll be plenty of odd jobs like hand weeding to keep your hands (and knees) busy.

We’ll meet at Koomilya Vineyard on Amery Road (off Kays Road), with the Yellow Cockatoo signs marking the site entrance. Kick-off is at 9.00am and we’ll work through until about 11.00am. Think of it as a morning workout, but without the gym fees.

The best part? The SC Pannell team will be cooking up egg and bacon rolls, the kind of motivation you just can’t get from a fitness app.

So: make sure you wear sensible clothes - long sleeves, sturdy shoes, a hat, and maybe a mate to keep you company. Click the registration button so we know how many rolls to stack up (because nobody likes an egg and bacon roll shortage).
