To what is true beneath the noise, expectations and busyness of life.

This Full Moon invites us to notice what we have been carrying, where we may have moved away from ourselves, and what we are ready to remember.

We will begin together in ceremony with the heart-opening medicine of cacao, creating space for reflection, connection and intention.

From here, you’ll be welcomed into your Sound Cocoon — held above the earth in a deeply comfortable suspended space as you receive an immersive embodiment of a deep Sacred live sound journey through crystal bowls, gong, drum, chimes, voice and vibration.

This isn't about needing to become something more.

It is an opportunity to soften the doing.
