WHAT IS SPINAL ENERGETICS?

Spinal Energetics is a unique form of energy healing that combines elements of chiropractic, energetic bodywork, and somatic movement. It works with the innate intelligence of your body, clearing blockages along the spine to encourage the flow of life force energy. This modality taps into the energetic field, facilitating the release of stored tension, emotions, and energetic patterns, bringing you back into alignment and harmony.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE SESSION

You will lie down on a mat, with a pillow and blanket while soothing music plays in the background. As the facilitator, I will work with the energy along your spine, using light touch and movement to guide you through the process. You may experience spontaneous movements, energetic sensations, emotional release, or a sense of deep relaxation. The session is designed to create a safe space for you to explore your inner landscape and connect with your body’s wisdom.

FULL MOON CEREMONY

The ceremony will begin with grounding cacao ceremony, breathwork and intention-setting to harness the energy of the stars and full moon. We will incorporate elements like cleansing with palo santo, smudging, and moon journaling optional to deepen our connection to the lunar energy. This will be followed by the Spinal Energetics session, where we’ll allow the energy to flow, release, and transform under the moon and stars (if weather permits).

PREPARING FOR THE EVENT

- Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and find your space.

- Wear comfortable, warm, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement.

- Bring along a pillow and a blanket (Mats and bolters are supplied)

- Bring a journal and pen to capture any insights or intentions.

- It’s best to come on an empty stomach or have a light snack beforehand.

- Hydrate well before and after the session to support energy flow.

- Come with an open heart and mind 

- Come ready to find your spiritual community 

LOCATION

The event will be held at 44 Trident Road, Seaford Meadows SA. Please allow yourself enough time to find parking and arrive on time, as the door will close 10 minutes after the start time to maintain the sacred space.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend, please inform the host at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your ticket. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event will unfortunately result in forfeiture of your ticket.
