October HERizon Series
Description
This month's HERizon series is all about the concept of Exiting Well.
We’ll talk about what it really means to exit well: how to navigate difficult transitions with professionalism, preserve relationships even when the experience hasn’t been perfect, communicate honestly without burning bridges, and protect the reputation and network you’ve spent time building.
You never know when a former colleague may become a future client, reference, mentor, employer, partner or advocate. We’ll explore how to move forward with grace, leave on strong terms, and avoid closing doors you may one day want to walk back through.
As always, lunch is on us. Please RSVP to hold your space.
We are always grateful for donations that allow us to continue offering free programming for women on an ongoing basis.
