Practice and Connection Forum - Inner Gippsland (Latrobe, Baw Baw, South Gippsland & Bass Coast)
Building knowledge, skills & collaborative practice. Supporting practitioners to respond to family violence across Gippsland!
The Gippsland Family Violence Alliance Practice & Connection Forums are open to all practitioners working in Family Violence, AoD, Mental Health, Family Services or any other workforce prescribed under MARAM (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment) Framework.
Each Practice & Connection Forum is designed to provide information to practitioners to build their knowledge, skills and practice around particular topics, while providing opportunities to identify and enhance collaboration between practitioners and organisations across the service sector.

- Definition of human trafficking in relation to family violence
- Definition of forced marriage & human trafficking indicators
- Australian data and human trafficking laws
- Forced labour and domestic servitude
- What to do if you identify people that may be trafficked - referrals and reporting
- Victim Survivors stories
