This event is brought to you by Creative Communities and is part of Seaweek.
Octopus are amazing and versatile creatures of the sea. We’ll craft our own artworks to celebrate these intelligent and resourceful ocean creatures using upcycled art materials.
We will discuss these amazing creatures while we create.
You can also learn to use a drill in this class to attach some of your decorative elements.
Seaweek is Aotearoa New Zealand's national celebration of the sea and encourages our connection with the ocean. Seaweek coordination is lead by Sir Peter Blake Marine Education & Recreation Centre.
