ODA's AGM plus The ODA Reflective Pond

Members and guests are invited to ODA’s Annual General Meeting, where ODA’s Leadership Group will report on activities and finances for the past year, as well as elect LG members. It will be brief and then on to the main event!

Our 2026 AGM will take place as part of our October event (from 6.30 – 6.45 pm). We are asking for expressions of interest to join our Leadership Group which is responsible for running the association and planning our monthly events. It is a really great way to get involved in the ODA community and we welcome expressions of interest from members new and old, and at all stages of their OD career. The ODA Reflective Pond

As OD practitioners we spend much of our time diagnosing external structures, cultures, and dynamics. This session takes us to the still pond to looking into our own reflection.

What informs our approach, enriches our practice or even impedes our judgement?

We will have some time for personal reflection and to sit with peers to share experiences and learnings.

As the practice leader of el camino, he works with people to find their way at work. Pete coaches, facilitates and trains leaders and teams with a focus on raising awareness and navigating the work environment.
