Event description
A lot of thought and planning is going into this and plenty of practical information will be made available for you soon.
For now, here are some essentials that might answer your burning planning questions:
Odd Vim Do is taking place from 19–21 September 2025.
The program runs from 12PM Friday to 12PM Sunday.
Odd Vim Do is held on private land in East Beverley, about 2 hours from Perth. The address will be provided to ticket holders.
There will be limited reception. How good.
BYO camping
BYO alcohol (no glass or excessive quantities)
Odd Vim Do takes place entirely outdoors, on rugged and uneven terrain. Prepare for the elements. If you have accessibility needs or queries, we encourage you to get in touch.
Essential facilities will be provided, including toilets and basic camp showers.
First aid services will be onsite all weekend.
There will be food vendors onsite. You can also bring your own food.
No personal open fires are allowed. At all. Ever. This is incredibly important - we don’t want to start a bushfire. Gas stoves are okay unless we let you know that conditions are looking too dry and risky.
The following items are not permitted to be brought on site: pets, generators, sound systems, glass containers, illegal substances, nitrous oxide (nangs), dangerous fire items like fireworks or flares.
Security will be performing checks on entry and will confiscate prohibited items.
Tent camping is separate from vehicle camping (campervans or roof tents). For everyone’s safety, no cars are permitted in the tent area.
All vehicles require a car pass or a camping vehicle pass. These are available for purchase right up until the event.
A shuttle bus ticket (to and from Perth) will be made available soon.
Once your vehicle is parked, it stays parked until you leave. No passouts or re-entry.
We'll do our best to make you comfortable, but you’ll need to come prepared and be ready to look after yourself too.
Thank you for trusting us this far.
