The Odyssey Festival ~ November 2025
Event description
A 3 Day Soul-centered festival celebrating the human Journey with Workshops, Music, Dance, Performers, Camping, Marketplace, Food Trucks and more...
Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Northern NSW
The Odyssey Festival is a three-day event, a festival style gathering celebrating community, connection, and the human journey.
This experience is designed for guests to escape the inherent busyness of life, and to take their time, move at their own pace, and settle into a stunning natural setting, surrounded by like-minded community. What the festival looks like is a series of self-development workshops that invite participants for deeper experiences, live music, marketplace and food trucks, and camping.
Friday ~
We not only arrive, we also land.
Beautiful humans are arriving since early morning, camping sites are slowly being set up, people are orienting themselves with the layout of the land and feeling the anticipation of the weekend.
At midday, we open the festival and drop into the space. We connect to the land, grounding to its age-old wisdom through the guidance of cultural elders at the first opening ceremony. and listen to timeless stories around the fire. After the opening ceremony, we share cacao and connect with ourselves and each other in a fun way through a movement workshop, music, and dance, closing with sound healing meditation.
Saturday ~
Morning, participants are invited to the workshop space by the melodic sounds of live musicians playing hand pan and flute.
Yoga, Qi Gong, Breathwork and ice baths start by the water’s edge, Connection exercises, a Tantra workshop, guided contact dance with a unique live musicians sound stack continuing as themed and costumed party-goers dance and celebrate with DJs late into the night, closing with sound healing meditation.
Sunday ~
Guests are once again invited to the workshop area by musicians’ melodic sounds of hand pan and flute.
Facilitators host Yoga, Qi Gong, Breathwork and ice baths by the water’s edge bringing us to the closing ceremony of gratitude and appreciation for ourselves and each other bringing us to a completion, celebrating our human journey.
It is our intention to create a safe and contained environment, for each guest to enjoy the offerings of a world class team of facilitators, musicians, DJ’s and performers.
Our primary focuses throughout the weekend are self-development through workshops, music and dance. We will be encouraging mindful consumerism and have a high priority on Landcare demonstrated throughout the weekend. We will have a ‘leave no trace’ policy in place.
“Love this place. Leave no trace.”
*Odyssey Festival acknowledges the traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and community. We pay our respect to Elders both past and present and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
