Launch of 2022 PISA results for Aotearoa New Zealand

The OECD’s, Andreas Schleicher, Director for the Directorate of Education and Skills, will present the latest survey data on the educational performance, well-being and resilience of 15-year-olds in OECD member countries and partner economies. The 2022 PISA assessment includes data on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which precipitated a range of national response measures that affected educational systems, student well-being and educational outcomes.

We will then hear from our local panel of thought leaders, educators and policy makers:

  • Soana Pamaka, Tumuaki Principal, Tamaki College
  • Tina Jones, Director & Co-Founder, Youth in Transition
  • Derek Wenmoth, Director and Founder, Futuremakers
  • Grant Pollard, GM Data & Insights, Ministry of Education

Andreas will then join the panelists for the Q&A session.
