In this c workshop, Parth will explore 3 important steps to Gaining Momentum & Planning for C.I. Success:
- Plan for the Future State – Learn the principles of Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment) to get alignment across the board
- Plan for Change – Understand the types of resistance to change that you can expect. We will explore this topic to get an appreciation and understanding of the changeable nature of people’s beliefs and attitudes.
- Plan for Success – You will exit this workshop having developed the most appropriate recipe for dealing with and overcoming Resistance to Change. You will also learn the secret to overcoming resistance to ANY change.
