In this SIRF Masterclass, Dave Harnett, Continuous Wave, will address the various topics and go through what they are, how best to associate them and improve your inventory management business in these uncertain times of availability.
Optimisation starts with real-time information on your resources and what needs to be done. Then using various techniques that will be shown in this event to help focus and direct improvements in your inventory approach and new vision towards the impact 'too much or not enough' can have. This means knowing what level your stock is at, how it is used and back filled as well as concepts to show how to gain true benefits from lean practices eg. the pull system - making it possible to ensure compliance, reduce cost, and improve customer service and productivity.
