We know how hard it can be to find a day just for yourself, which is exactly why we’re announcing this one early. We want to give you plenty of time to organise work, clear your diary and actually make yourself a priority for once.
We’ve brought together some incredible local women for a day of gentle stretching, honest conversations about burnout, a beautiful lunch, breathwork, a little creativity and time to connect with women who get it.
No pressure, no expectations and absolutely no need to be productive.
