Parking & Accessibility - Where can I park? Is the building handicapped accessible?

Free street parking is available in Berlin’s town center. Accessible parking is available at 19 Carter, adjacent to a walkway that leads to the lower level which has a lift as well as accessible restrooms available for public use. There is a changing table in one of the restrooms as well.
