As Chief Growth Officer for Impact Hub Minneapolis/St. Paul, Tina Pfau Gonzales leads program and partnership development. She has more than 30 years of cross-sector expertise, beginning her career at Special Olympics International.

Tina's professional journey also includes serving as the Advancement Director at Pillsbury United Communities and on the board of trustees for The Sheltering Arms Foundation. She is currently the board chair of 826MSP, an organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of K-12 students. Tina holds a BA from American University and an International MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
