Oktoberfest at Laack's - A Beer & Wine Pairing Extravaganza

It's an OKTOBERFEST Beer & Wine Throwdown at Laack's!  

Authentic German flavors served in an authentic German style dance hall paired perfectly with beer and wine to enhance the flavors of each dish.   You get to sample both beverages with each course and vote for which pairing you like the best!  Will the winner be Nichole - the wine specialist?  Or will Jeremy triumph with his excellent beer selections?   

We'll have great fun at this boisterous event.  Come dressed in your favorite Oktoberfest outfit for a chance to win best-dressed on theme.  Be sure to bring a "newbie" (a guest who has never attended one of our wine or beer pairing dinners) for a chance to win a prize for bringing a newcomer.  Who know what other adventure we will have in store for you!  As always we'll share Good Food - Good Friends and Good Fun together. 

• Appetizer: German Brezeln (Pretzels) with HUB Cheese Sauce and Dusseldorf Mustard Sauce
• Soup: Creamy Riesling Soup
• Salad: Bavarian Potato Salad
• Entree: Rouladen with Semelknodl & Rotkohl (Red Cabbage)
• Dessert: Apfelstrudel with Vanilla and Caramel Sauces
