Oktoberfest Davenport 2026
Description
The German American Heritage Center and Museum and Zimmerman Honda are excited to host the 5th Annual Oktoberfest in Kaiserslautern Square (K-Square) which provides a perfect venue for an outdoor event in the heart of downtown Davenport. This free event is a great way to celebrate the rich German culture in the Quad Cities while having fun in our community. It features a variety of traditional Oktoberfest activities including music, food, games, and beer.
Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 19th, 2026, from 12–7 p.m. at K-Square 119 E. 3rd St., Davenport, IA.
This event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required.
Music:
12-2:15pm The Textures: Funk, jam, soul, pop, and rock & roll… we love every flavor and texture!
3-7 pm Die Musikmeisters Band a German polka band
Games:
Stein Holding Contests – a game in which participants try to hold up a full mug of beer for as long as they can.
Hammerschlagen – A game in which participants compete against each other to drive nails into a wooden stump one hit at a time.
Giant Jenga
Food & Drink:
Bratwurst and food provided by the Lunchwagon and Argrow's Cafe Food Truck.
We will be selling German beer and local beer.
