OLHC Long Lunch

The OLHC Long Lunch is back!

The major fundraiser for our much loved school for 2024, the Long Lunch is a must on your event calendar and guaranteed to be a great time for all.

Held at the school on Saturday, 24 August from 12.30pm, the Long Lunch is a gorgeous outdoor spring garden party with drinks, food, entertainment, auction and raffles with all proceeds supporting the school.

Pull out your most fabulous spring outfits, as we say goodbye to winter and bask in the sun on the oval which will be set up with tables and chairs, in sets of 10. You can come along in any group size or as a solo rock star! Open seating and we welcome everyone to move about and socialise across the afternoon.

Please note that pre-orders for food and drinks are now closed (as of 22 August) however there will be plenty of options on the day to order from the bar and food truck.

Drinks available at the Lunch include French champagne, sparkling wine, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note, no BYO drinks are permitted.

The OLHC Long Lunch is not restricted to parents of the school. We encourage you to bring family and friends, and we welcome local residents and school supporters to join us. The more the merrier!

The details:

• The event is 18+ only - strictly no minors
• Tickets are sold individually
• Tickets include event entry, set up, entertainment and a fundraising clip for our school
• The event is open to our whole community - parents, families, friends, local residents and school supporters are all welcome to come along
• Lunch is set up with tables and chairs in sets of 10 - but it's a free for all to sit wherever you like and we encourage you to mix and mingle with everyone there across the day
• Strictly no BYO drinks - you must pre-purchase or purchase through our bar
  
• Prizes are on offer through a live auction and raffles on the day so come ready to battle it out for your pick of the pack!
  
• Raffle tickets, food and drinks will be available via cash or eftpos on the day
• Auction items will need to be paid for in full within 24 hours of the Lunch
• Tickets and pre-purchased food and drinks are non-refundable
• If you can no longer attend, please find a home for the ticket or donate the ticket cost to support our annual fundraiser.
