Target Audience:
This Online Learning Series is for the LDCC Reserve.
Course Aim:
The primary goal of this course is to reflect on the experiences and lessons learned from Tropical Cyclone Alfred and the February 2022 Floods. Participants will engage in brainstorming sessions to identify improvements that the Council and its teams can implement for future disaster events.
Course Objectives:
Encourage sharing where participants feel comfortable sharing their insights and personal experiences.
Identify improvements - Collaboratively identify strategies and actions that the Council can adopt to enhance its disaster response capabilities in future events.
Assumed knowledge/Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites for this Online Learning Series. It is open to all members of the LDCC Reserve.
