Got an olive tree that drops fruit making a big mess everywhere?

Never had success pickling your own olives?

Like to turn these pesky olives into the best olives you will ever taste?

Then come along to our Olive Preserving Workshop and learn some secrets.

Two Workshop Dates Available:  Sunday 30th March OR Saturday 6th April 2025

In this two hour (09:00 to 11:00) workshop you will:

• learn about different olive varieties
• find out when to pick the fruit
• see demonstrations of several different olive processing methods
• take home a small jar of olives
• receive printed notes on the workshop

Also includes Tea or Coffee and a garden tour at the conclusion of the workshop.

Cost: Garden Members $5. Non members $25
