Travel instructions

Thank you to Warragul Bus Lines we are able to offer a travel by bus option for $5 each way per person. With pick ups from 9 locations in Warragul & Drouin to Lardner Park at the start and end of the night. Spaces are limited, choose to catch the bus when you are purchasing your tickets and you will be sent the bus booking form. Otherwise you can organise a designated driver to drive a car load to Lardner Park.

Entry instructions

Check in with a volunteers in the foyer at the door and find out your table number and gran your welcome drink. Drinks are being served from the bar in the foyer. Once you and your guests have checked in walk the red carpet, find your table, check out the games and silent auction items and your charcuterie platter wont be far away!

Hazards

If you need extra space for wheelchair or pram access please email fundraising@oliviasplace.org.au so we can give you plenty of room to move around. There are no stairs on entry or in the building.

Toilet location

Toilets are in the foyer to the left and the right!

Accessible parking

Lardner Park has plenty of parking! Please drive in Gate 4 when you arrive. Car Park is flat but is grass, you can drive on the road right up to the entrance to the building, drop off and then park if needed.

Can I bring my Baby

Of course! We love babies!! If you need to bring a pram please email fundraising@oliviasplace.org.au and we will make sure we give you plenty of room.
