Omnisutra Amitabha - Gong Bath and Buddhist Sutra

Please join Omnisutra at the Open Space to be immersed in Sanskrit song and the healing frequencies of sacred Gongs.

This sutra, called the Shurangama Mantra, an esoteric Buddhist sutra, is believed to have been given by the Buddha himself to his disciple Maitreya. It is an invocation of all the benevolent buddhas and bodhisattvas, and a dispelling of all negative entities. It contains many of the original premises that went on to create Buddhist philosophy, practice and culture.

Omnisutra - A group of musicians and singers devoted to reanimating ancient holy songs in their original languages with authentic musical accompaniment.

Vocals and Drums Gavin Shri Amneon - Mystic, vocalist and percussionist, Gavin has invoked the gods of ancient civilisations in voice and music for over three decades, exploring sound with the mysteries of the soul.

• Wear comfortable loose clothing that allows movement with ease

• We provide yoga mats and blankets but do bring your own if you feel that is more comfortable for you.

• An eye-mask is recommended but not essential

Paid parking is available in the public car park at Acacia Place, and across Victoria Street in Victoria Gardens shopping complex. Free parking in Harrison court and surrounds. We are on the lower ground level of Acacia Place.

Disabled access: If you park within the paid parking station off Acacia Place you will be on the same level as our studio. If you enter from Victoria Street level, a lift is available at the top of the first set of steps leading down to the river.
