Hi! I'm so glad you are here.

I am Brittany and I am a licensed psychologist, group practice owner, entrepreneur, private practice strategy coach, trial consultant, and group therapy program fanatic.

I began offering coaching and consulting services when, as I was growing my solo and then group practice, I found myself answering questions for my colleagues relating to some of the challenges, and I really, really loved it! I got great feedback and it was exciting and energizing to help other therapist entrepreneurs get past some hurdles and stuck points in their practice! It took me back to that coaching and team space that I so desperately missed from my softball days, and I noticed I felt particularly energized following these conversations!

Additionally, when I was first building my group practice, I was tired, overwhelmed, and getting burned out. Between seeing 35 clients a week AND doing the administrative side of practice building. I was clocking 60-70 hour work weeks. I knew this was not sustainable for me, and also was not fair to the clients I was seeing or the clinicians working at my practice.

So, I took a look at what I was doing a lot of (responding to clients and colleague’s emails, sending out networking emails, advertising therapy group openings), and created templates and systems to reduce the time spent in these important activities! And best of all, these templates and systems became useful tools in being able to pass these tasks off to my administrative staff when I felt it was time. In doing so, I was comfortable and confident that clients and colleagues alike would be able to get the same information in the way they always have, but I no longer needed to be hitting the send button. Likewise, it made onboarding and training administrative staff easier too! They had examples of how I presented information, and felt confident that if “X” happens, you can offer “Y”!

I want to teach you how to take back your time, beat burn out, and get your evenings, weekends, and lunch breaks back! I want to help you grow your practice, and to do it in a values-driven, sustainable way. I want to help you get back your greatest asset: TIME.
