This time, we’re putting your knowledge to the test based on what we’ve learned over the past few months. 

We’ll be showcasing five different coffees from our monthly rotation, diving into their processing methods, varieties, and unique flavors. 

At the end of the session, we’ll provide you with three different coffees, and we want you to identify the types of processing methods, Acidity, sweetness & varieties you discover in each one.
