The event will be held at Robina Community Centre, 1 San Antonio Court, Robina QLD 4226. The venue is conveniently located next to Robina Town Centre and opposite the auditorium. By Car: Robina Community Centre is easily accessible via the Pacific Motorway (M1). - From Brisbane, take Exit 79 or Exit 82 and follow the signs to Robina. - From the southern Gold Coast or Northern NSW, take Exit 82 and follow the signs to Robina. Free parking is available throughout the nearby Robina Town Centre precinct. Accessible parking spaces are located close to the venue entrance. By Train: Take the Gold Coast Line to Robina Station. The station is only a short walk from the Community Centre, making it one of the easiest ways to reach the venue from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or Brisbane Airport. By Bus: Several Translink bus services stop near the venue, including routes 747, 750, 751, 752, 759, 760, and 765. The nearest bus stops are located at Robina Station and Robina Town Centre, both within walking distance of the Community Centre.

Entry instructions

The concert begins at 10:00 AM in the Multi-Purpose Room, located on the ground floor, opposite the auditorium and the library. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the concert starts to allow enough time for check-in and seating. VIP Experience Ticket Holders If you have purchased a VIP Experience ticket, please proceed to Activity Room 1.1, located next to the concert venue. VIP activities, including face painting, games, and interactive activities, will begin at 9:00 AM. After the VIP activities, guests will receive priority access to the concert venue before general admission. General Admission Ticket Holders General Admission guests may enter the Multi-Purpose Room from approximately 9:45 AM. Please have your ticket ready for check-in upon arrival. Seating Information: VIP Experience ticket holders will have reserved seating in the rows closest to the piano. Following the VIP section, General Admission guests will be seated in the remaining rows behind the VIP area. We recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth check-in and seating process.

Hazards

The venue is fully accessible for guests with disabilities and mobility requirements. Step-free access is available via ramps, and lifts are also located within the building. As the concert will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room on the ground floor, guests will not need to use the lifts to access the event area.
