Once Upon a Planet – True Stories of Women, Gender and Climate

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Please join us for an (online) evening of entrancing storytelling.

Meet us at the intersections of gender and environment, rise above the noise and distraction, and be transported by the magic of story. Cut through the confusion and divisiveness of statistics, politics, vested interests and media coverage and listen - to first person accounts, beautifully told. Come with us to visit the heart of our shared global experiences through true, spellbinding narratives from diverse women.

Listen up, and then there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.

All welcome, non-binary and trans inclusive.

Entry by voluntary donation.

---

We would like to acknowledge that this event will be taking place on stolen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land, and pay respects to Elders past and present. The fight for climate justice is led by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and we'd like to pay tribute to the work of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people fighting to protect their country.
