Event description

This Breathwork event is FREE and for everyone who would like to explore what they hold in their body around their lineage and how it sits in the history of this land we all call home.

Whether you are from First Nation decent or have origins in lineages of other nations you are invited to breathe “One Breath – Breathing your lineage - together” in community. We will set the container for acknowledgement, respect and healing so we can move forward and walk side by side for a brighter and more connected future.

The beauty of Breathwork is that the Breath is without judgment. We all breathe the same air and it is through the experience of the conscious connected breathing cycle that you will be invited to connect with the memory of your lineage and your place in the land that is now generally referred to as Australia.

Let’s breathe together and shine the light on our past for the purpose of healing, with the intention of more peace and harmony for this and future generations.

This is an online event.

You will receive instructions via the email confirmation with this booking.

You will need:

  1. Set a quiet and comfortable space to lay down without interruption, pillows, blanket, tissues and a glass of water.
  2. A good internet connection for videoconference.
  3. Upload Zoom on your computer or mobile phone
  4. Connect with a headset with a microphone.
  5. Turn your video on

Breathwork is a self-responsible process. You will breathe for yourself, your own lineage and place, and be supported by the energy of the group.
