One Day Retreat - Mother & Daughter.

In this one-day retreat, mothers and their daughters ( aged 7-13) will come together for a day of creativity and connection.

The day begins with a warm welcoming circle and some light hearted fun to get to know each other and set the foundation of our day.

Our day will include: 

"Sacred Essence"- with Luisa Osorio. Create a unique and beautiful natural roll on perfume using essential oils and natural carrier oils. Luisa created a beautiful brand "Orana" as she is passionate about using natural products for skin, hair and body.

Movement and Dance facilitated by Teen Mentors. ( Our Daughters!) The Dance workshop is always a big highlight and open to all levels. We all learn a simple routine to then perform! Mums to the daughters and daughters to the mums!

There will also be face painting! 

The retreat concludes with a closing circle and beautiful song to hold close with each other and take home to your families.

This is our only One Day Retreat until 2025. We hope you can join us!

F. A.Q's 

1. I don't have a daughter am i still able to attend? Yes you are welcome to bring along a younger female who you may share a close bond with. She may be a family member or young friend. 

2. What age daughters is this recommended for? This is ideal for Pre-Teen daughters. We run other Day Retreats for mature aged Mothers and Daughters. 

3. Why are the facilitators daughters attending when the day is planned for Pre-teen daughters? We feel that teenage mentors play a crucial role in the development of younger girls by providing guidance, support, and positive examples that can shape their aspirations and self-confidence. Feedback from past events show us that having mentors attend is a highlight to both the mothers and the daughters. This is why they will be a big part of this fun day!

4. Is the cost of the day per person? No it is per booking. A booking includes 1 x Mother Daughter couple with all workshops and lunch included.
