One Ocean. Two Cooks. is presented by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), an international non-profit working to help protect oceans and safeguard seafood supplies for the future by recognising and rewarding sustainable fishing.
Courtney grew up fishing with her dad from a tinnie in Australia, while Daniel grew up in Samoa fishing with his dad and uncles before bringing the catch home to cook with his family.
Their stories are different, but they share the same belief: great seafood is worth celebrating, and where it comes from matters.
The event is designed to make sustainable seafood delicious, approachable and easy to enjoy, while helping more people understand the choices that can support healthy oceans and seafood for the future.
Ticket prices are GST-free and include all booking fees, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Australian chef and TV personality Courtney Roulston is known for simple, delicious food that celebrates great produce. Growing up fishing with her dad, she has a lifelong connection to seafood and the ocean.
Daniel Rankin
Samoa-born, Auckland-based Daniel Rankin is the creator behind Man Can Cook NZ, bringing bold flavours, playful cooking and plenty of personality to social media. He grew up fishing and cooking with his family in Samoa, shaping his lifelong love of seafood and the ocean.
