This retreat is a gentle, powerful and deep immersion into wellness, a day to reconnect with yourself and nurture your body, heart and soul in a safe and heart centred space.

Led by experienced facilitators offering a variety of mindfulness practices to, not only bring you back to presence and help you remember what’s important in your life, but to connect with community and experience fun and joy.

Hosted in a natural setting. Healthy light vegetarian food is provided on the day.

Morning - 7am starts:

Tickets can be rescheduled to a future one day retreat up to 7 days prior the retreat.
Tickets can be transferrable to another person up to 2 day before the retreat. Otherwise, 50% ticket can be transferrable to a future one day retreat.
Cancellations on the day or one day before the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unfortunately you will loose the full ticket.

THE FACILITATORS:

Cristian Trujillo:

Cristian is a qualified Yoga teacher, Breathwork facilitator, Reiki healer, certified coach, Bali and Men’s Retreat facilitator, Engineer, University Lecturer and Business Mentor. He is the founder of Yandina Yoga & Breathwork, where he offers breathwork, yoga classes & uses mindfulness practises & coaching methods to help people move forward in their lives. He has a heart centred and gentle approach and is passionate about sharing the ancient traditional practices and philosophy from yoga.

Michelle Freeman:

Michelle is a Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama teacher with 20 years of experience. She is a qualified Breathwork facilitator, Zen Thai Shiatsu bodyworker, Bali and Pumpkin Island Retreat facilitator and owner of the Nambour Yoga Centre. Currently studying Yoga Therapy. She believes that yoga is a tool for healing and powerful transformation and that sharing it with a deep spiritual resonance can help people in their darkest times.

Chris Lane:

Chris is an instrumentalist, musical writer, improvisor and multi genre musician. Original OKA member, Member of Xavier Rudd's United nations, Kevin James Carroll's chanting circles, occasional guest with Sacred Earth and solo artist. He plays the Bamboo flutes, guitar, looping tunes and offers a deep experience of Bhakti Yoga, devotional music and mantras, taking listeners on a journey deep into themselves.

Damian Campbell:

Damian is a handpan player, drummer and percussionist with 30 years experience. He is also a music teacher, drumming coach, Breathwork facilitator and Men’s Retreat facilitator. His why? “For me is about bringing everyone together, coming back to our hearts and getting lost in a beautiful moment where we transcend all the barriers and just smile, have fun and have the time of our lives. When we are in that moment and the music is cooking we realise we are all one. And damn does that feel good”
