    A workshop specifically tailored for board of trustees & managers/coordinators to work together towards completing a concise one-page strategic plan for their organisation.

    Strategic planning is a necessity for any not-for-profit organisation aiming to thrive in today's dynamic environment. To ensure there is strong commitment to the plan you produce, its important as many as possible of your Board of Trustees is involved in designing and deciding collectively, along with your operations leadership.

    This workshop will help you with;


    Confidence in Resource Allocation:
    Ensure your time and resources are wisely invested in areas that truly matter and yield the greatest impact.

    Adaptability for Sustainability:

    Stay ahead by factoring in changes in your operating context, ensuring your organisation remains sustainable and resilient in the face of challenges.

    Compelling Impact Story: 

    Define and track success to communicate with funders and stakeholders the meaningful difference your organisation makes.

    This workshop is facilitated by Woven Collaboration.

    This Online workshop consists of 2 parts:

    Part 1 - Nov 16 - 9:30am to 12:30pm
    Part 2 - Nov 20 - 6pm to 8:30pm

    Ticket price:
    $50(+GST) per group for member organisations,
    $75 (+GST) per group for non-member organisations.

    Tickets are limited to 1 group (3 to 8 participants) per organisation. If you have more than 8 in your group please contact us to make arrangements.
