A beginner level course for:

> Anyone who is curious about starting a meditation practice

> Anyone who has tried and struggled with meditation

> Anyone who struggles to create time for meditation

My mission is to share the powerful skill of meditation for the benefit of community health in an easy and practical way

Join for 4 Thursdays in March - the 3rd,  10th, 17th and 24th from 11am-11.45am

Sessions will be recorded if you can't make the live video


Why meditation?

Being still and being the observer of your mind is how we connect with ourselves and what we need.

Meditation is a practice which we will never perfect, but as cliche as it sounds - the journey is the destination...

What we discover along the way as we learn to sit in the uncomfortable feelings is that is where the good stuff happens.

Regular meditation improves mood, calms the nervous system, improves sleep, reduces stress and much more.
