🧠 Blended Online Mental Health First Aid – Community Course

📘 About This Course
This is the online version of the Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course, adapted for a general community setting. It is delivered in two parts:
Part 1
💻 Self-paced eLearning (Approx. 5 hours)
Complete this flexible, interactive module at your own pace before the live sessions.
Part 2
🎓 Live Instructor-led Webinars
Join two Zoom sessions (2.5 hours each), delivered in a safe, supportive learning environment by an accredited MHFA Instructor.
✅ What You’ll Learn
This course provides practical, evidence-based strategies to support someone who is:
Developing a mental health problem
Experiencing a worsening of an existing condition
In a mental health crisis
You’ll learn how to recognise signs, respond with confidence, and connect the person to professional support.

Access to MHFA self-paced eLearning platform
Two live online training sessions with a Principal Master Instructor
A hard copy MHFA manual, mailed to your nominated address
Accreditation Certificate (valid for 3 years) upon successful completion

This course covers the same content as the 12-hour Standard Face-to-Face MHFA course—in a convenient online format.
