📘 About This Course
This is the online version of the Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course, designed to be completed in two parts:
Part 1:
💻 Self-paced eLearning (Approx. 5 hours)
Complete this interactive module at your own pace before attending the live sessions.
Part 2:
🎓 Live Instructor-led Webinars
Attend two Zoom sessions (2.5 hours each) facilitated by an experienced MHFA Instructor.

This course teaches practical, evidence-based strategies to assist someone who is:
Developing a mental health problem
Experiencing a worsening of a condition
In a mental health crisis
You'll learn how to offer support, respond in crisis situations, and connect people with professional help.
📦 What’s Included
Access to the MHFA eLearning platform
Two live Zoom webinars with a Principal Master Instructor
A hard copy MHFA manual, mailed to your address
Accreditation Certificate (valid for 3 years) upon successful completion

You must complete Part 1 (eLearning) before attending the webinars.

This blended course covers the same content as the 12-hour Standard Face-to-Face MHFA course.

👨🏫 About Your Instructor
Eloise Hull – MHFA Instructor
Eloise is a highly experienced mental health educator, facilitator, and VET-qualified trainer with a strong professional background in alcohol and other drug (AOD) counselling, dual-diagnosis support, and workforce wellbeing. She has over a decade of frontline and leadership experience working across corrections, probation and parole, community-based services, and multidisciplinary mental health teams throughout North and Far North Queensland.
Eloise brings a practical, strengths-based, and experience-driven approach to mental health education. She is deeply committed to prevention, early intervention, and empowering individuals, schools, workplaces, and communities with the skills and confidence to respond safely and effectively to mental health challenges.
